Introduced by B.C. Gardner in 1996
Tantarra is a delectable creamy coffee colored rose. Darker in cooler weather and in afternoon shade. Ideal for flower arrangements. The bush is vigorous and fairly healthy for a Hybrid Tea. Flushes are frequent and prolific. We like it! And we are grateful to Paul Barden for sharing it with us and to Kim Rupert who gave it to Paul and to Bernard Gardner who bred it from Balinese, itself derived from a cross with Lavender Pinocchio and Gray Pearl.
