Autumn

This rose has lovely glossy foliage, but one grows it for the nuanced color: burnt orange with red steaks, sometimes orange-buff on the outer petals. This is a glorious ealy Pernetiana and very difficult to root. Patience is required as this rose is usually wait listed.

Introduced in 1928.
