Registration Steps

Dear Rogue Valley Roses Customer,

If you already have an account, simply login below with your username/email or password. If you do not have an account, please create one.

If you have ordered with us in the past, but have forgotten your login or password, please click "Request New Password" and enter your email address. Then follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for an email titled "Replacement login information for * at Rogue Valley Roses"
  2. If you DO NOT receive an email, it means it is being blocked as spam (Check Spam Folder) or your past account has a different email address. We can manually reset your account, please Contact Us with your Name, Email and Phone #.
  3. In this email, click the link under the text "You may now log in to"
  4. Now, please enter in a NEW password, and verify it.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit save.
  6. Write down your username/email and password. This is used for future orders and wishlist capabilities.
  7. Complete your order checkout! Note: If you reset your password, you may have to re-stock your shopping cart.

User account

Please register a user account with Rogue Valley Roses. This gives you the "My Roses" saved rose list feature, as well as the ability to checkout and look through your past orders.
Account information
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Provide a password for the new account in both fields.
